EJ CROPPED

As a reminder, we added a middle school version the day BEFORE the High School program.  Therefore, please make sure you use the correct flyer (MS = Middle School, HS = High School).

We invite any 6th-8th graders to attend the middle school event and 9th – 12th students for the high school version. We have our motivational speaker booked and ready to go (EJ Carrion – www.ejcarrion.com) and we are starting to book our breakout session presenters based on what the students who attended last year requested.  Registration brochures and sign-up sheets and information along with announcements will be coming out late January/early February.

We will again pay for transportation this year but due to our coalition losing federal funding we are unable to provide t-shirts again this year. Please set up your own busing and invoice HYC the cost.  The $5 registration fee will cover their lunch expense.   We know there are only so many events you can attend throughout the year so we hope to see representation from each school this year!  Anywhere you can hang the flyer would be appreciated!

There is a change in location this year. UW-Marinette is on Spring Break the same week as many of you, so in order to accommodate as many schools as possible we had to move the location to Calvary Church Assembly of God in Marinette on Highway 64.  This is one of the only facilities that can hold a large group plus has separate classroom sized areas for breakout sessions.  Space is  LIMITED so we will again cap it off at 30 students per school.  We always want to include everyone who wants to attend, so if you need more room please make sure you contact me to see if we can open more slots for you. Some schools do not fill the 30 student capacity so I can open it up for others.  Thank you so much and we appreciate all of you for supporting this program!!

MIDDLE School program will be held on Monday, March 20th

HIGH School program will be held on Tuesday, March 21st
